Cabin Cariad

Cariad Cabin stands perched over its own private pond - an idyllic retreat where the forest meets the water.

With French doors on 3 sides ,the interiors are bathed in light and water reflections and from the canopied bed you can stargaze through the overhead skylight.

I designed the cabin with a wraparound terrace .On the Woodland side it’s shady with a hammock and swing seats. The al fresco kitchen side has views across the pond and into the woods. And the sun drenched water-side terrace stands directly over the pond with sun beds, a dining space and your own boat tied up to the side. It’s the perfect place to bask in the sun, watch the sunset, and marvel at the dragonflies, butterflies, star light and silence.
